Refund eligibility

The EUR 299 one-off fee is refundable when a valid, publicly accessible submitted store cannot produce a full report because of a service-side failure. Refunds are not automatic for score outcomes or recommendations the customer disagrees with.

How to request

Contact the service operator with the payment reference within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on Stripe and the issuing bank.
